follow on the fediverse

This blog is part of the fediverse — a network of independently run websites and social platforms connected by an open protocol called ActivityPub.

You’ve probably heard of some of the apps that use it. Mastodon is a microblogging platform, similar to Twitter/X. Pixelfed is photo sharing, like Instagram. PeerTube is video hosting, like YouTube. Friendica and Misskey are broader social networks. None of them are owned by the same company, but they can all talk to each other — and to this blog.

what this means for you

If you have an account on any ActivityPub-compatible platform, you can follow this blog without visiting it. New posts will appear in your feed just like posts from anyone else you follow.

To follow, just search for the @username@domain listed from your fediverse account and hit follow or click the follow button below.
